The highest excellence is like water,
it benefits those in the most
inaccessible places without striving.
It occupies the lowest level,
which men avoid.
Therefore it is analagous to Tao.
It has the virtue of gravity, which finds its own place.
It has the virtue of the heart, which knows the silent deeps.
It has the virtue of the good, which bestows the fullest gifts.
It has the virtue of the words which speak the greatest truths.
It has the virtue of the order which ensures the perfect peace.
It has the virtue of the service which uses the highest skill.
It has the virtue of the rhythm which is unfailing in its timelessness.
Therefore, since it does not strive, it is serene without reaction.

Tao Te Ching: Chapter 8 : water : ram0ram footnote
as I remember my childhood ……my mother will always give us two spoonful of holy water from her temple from a silver vessel which will taste little different so asked her one day …..why so ….she told me it has blessings from divine and will give you good health …. this tradition after 60 years continues in our home even today ….. as scientific and spiritual practice ….. before 60 years could not understand the scientific and spiritual meaning till read Dr .Emoto ….
When Dr. Emoto read in a children’s book that no two snowflakes have the same shape, he thought that the same thing must apply to frozen water crystals so after much trial and error, Dr. Emoto developed a process of photographing it in this way,
One of the first things that Dr. Emoto learned was that all water does not form beautiful crystals. also found that tap water does not form water crystals. Stagnant or polluted water does not form water crystals either, but forms unpleasant, deformed frozen structures. Rainwater, water from clean streams and rivers, water from glaciers, and water from holy places around the world form beautiful crystals when frozen.
He found that words such as “Thank you,” and “I love you,” caused the tap water to form beautiful crystals . Words such as “You make me sick,” or “You are a fool,” caused ugly, distorted crystals or no crystals at all. Dr. Emoto then found that we can cause tap water to form beautiful frozen water crystals simply by praying for the water, by sending it loving thoughts, and by blessing it.
With negative thoughts and emotions, we put detrimental energies into our own beings and into our living environments. Positive, joy-filled thoughts and emotions put beneficial energies into our beings and into our living environment.
and by prayers we can bless things with unique energy vibrations and to be at the vibrational energy level of water a simple and scientific method is to bring both hands together like NAMASTE to bring oneness within as zero …..neutral and natural like water ….
to be honest with you all ….. life as a prayer brings so much happiness …… life as a gratitude brings so much peace …..and life to flow like water merge us with ocean of love …… the cosmic spirit ….we may refer as OM, ALLAH, GOD or name of our choice ….. to enjoy the dance divine ….. a timeless and time together …..we give it a name ……life

Tao Te Ching: Chapter 8 = water
The highest motive is to be like water: water is essential to all life,
yet it does not demand a fee or proclaim its importance.
Rather, it flows humbly to the lowest level, and in so doing
it is much like Tao.
In the home the truly wise love the humble earth,
the foundation on which the home is built;
in the heart they love what is genuine;
in friendship they are compassionate;
in words they are sincere;
in government they foster peace and good will;
in business they work with quiet efficiency.
Serenity is the goal of Tao; through it nothing is lost. [*]
